Payment
Shipping Address: Please ensure your paypal address correct prior to payment. I ship to paypal addresses only for your protection and mine. I can not be held responsible if this address is incorrect and you do not receive your package.
Payment Method: I only accept Paypal at this time. Paypal accounts are not necessary to pay for an order. Just click on the PayPal logo at the checkout and then choose your credit card preference and follow the prompts.
Terms: Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Failure to pay within this time limit will result in the item being relisted for sale. Please understand, I can not hold items without payment for longer than this.
Shipping
Method of shipping: Canada Post. When payment has cleared I will ship. Shipping takes place on MON, TUE or WED.

Tracking: To keep costs low, I do not ship with a tracking number. If you require a tracking number please contact me before payment so that I may calculate the additional fee and add it to your invoice.
Insurance: I do not insure packages. If you require insurance for your purchase please contact me before payment so that I may calculate the additional fees and add it to your invoice. Insurance is not required but is always recommended.
Upgraded Delivery: If you require faster delivery service please contact me so that I may calculate the additional fees and add it to your invoice.
Packaging: Jewelry is wrapped with care and shipped in padded / bubble wrap envelopes.
Legal Notice: Once the package is at the Post Office I am not responsible and can not be held liable for postal delays, theft or losses, damage, Customs Fees, taxes, brokerage fees or tariffs that your country may charge you when it arrives.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will love my jewelry however if after considerable contemplation, the jewelry is not right for you, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item and ship it back with its original packaging (return shipment costs to be covered by customer).
I will issue a full refund when it has been returned safely to me. I will refund the cost of the item but not shipping, insurance, tracking, tariffs, duty, taxes or any other cost incurred. Please ensure that you have purchased delivery confirmation or insurance. I can not issue a refund unless I have received the item. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail therefore it is your responsibility to make sure the item gets to me.
Returns & exchanges are gladly accepted within 5 days after receiving your purchase... you must contact me first so that we may discuss the problem. All items need to be returned in it's original, unused condition.

Some of my jewelry designs like those made with seaglass,vintage, rustic and Victorian styles may have slight imperfections due to the age of the item. Handmade items can have size variations, slight flaws or imperfections. Items made with natural or recycled materials may also have imperfections. Items can not be returned for these reasons.
For reasons of hygiene earrings and erotic jewelry can not be returned.
I do offer a refund for items lost in the mail after 1 month of waiting time provided they are returned to me.
